Privacy policy

In short

Dots does not collect personal data. It has no accounts, no analytics, no visit counters, no advertising identifiers and no tracking cookies. Everything the game remembers it keeps on your device and sends nowhere.

Who is responsible

The game and krapky.com are made by Viacheslav Andrieiev, Ukraine. Contact: support@krapky.com.

What is stored on your device

In the browser’s storage (localStorage) on your iPhone, iPad or computer:

  • settings: language, appearance, board size;
  • the game in progress and the history of finished games;
  • your championship;
  • your player level, which the championship uses to set how strong your opponents are;
  • a technical error log: if something breaks, you can send it to us.

This data does not leave your device. The game has no server that would receive it. To delete it, remove the game from your Home Screen or clear the site’s data in your browser settings.

Exports: only when you choose

The game can export your game history, the log and the championship to a file. A file is created only when you tap the button, and you decide where to send it. If you send it to us, we use it only to investigate a bug or to improve the game, and we do not share it with anyone.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical request data (page address, browser, time) to deliver the page and protect the site from attacks. We do not enable Cloudflare analytics and receive no visitor data from it. How Cloudflare handles data is described in its privacy policy.

The site’s pages load nothing from other addresses: no fonts, no scripts, no images.

Email

Mail sent to support@krapky.com is forwarded to the author’s personal mailbox (Gmail). We use your address and your message only to reply.

Test version

While the game is in closed testing, the test build loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google sees the device’s IP address. The public version on krapky.com will serve its fonts itself.

Children

The game collects no personal data from anyone, children included.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
